A Adoption Advocates of Georgia, Inc. is a licensed, non-profit Child Placing Agency in the state of Georgia. Our professional staff of adoption
caseworkers has over 40 years of combined experience working in every
aspect of adoptions. Our mission statement centers around providing
affordable adoption services, combined with efficiency and invaluable
knowledge and experience about international and domestic adoptive home
studies and post-placement requirements.
In addition to working with adoptive families throughout metro-Atlanta, we have adoption caseworkers in North Georgia, Middle Georgia, South Georgia and the Coastal Regions of Georgia. (Satellite office in Savannah)
A Adoption Advocates of Georgia's fee for a domestic or international adoption home study is $900. We are approved providers for Hague Accredited Placement Agencies, and we do not assess additional cost to our clients.
WHAT
TO EXPECT: Three visits are required, with one visit in your home.
Clients are required to complete paperwork and provide documentation for
the home study process. (Please click on the Additional Forms tab)
During the home study process, your caseworker will discuss
issues such as your personal history, education, marriage (if
applicable), and
parenting skills.
